Making A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse through our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
£3.90 (normally) for all UK Mainland orders under £50.00 for orders sent via Royal Mail.

The right is reserved to surcharge extra for heavy consignments, bulky goods and for deliveries to third parties and by passenger train or air freight or to vary the stated postal cost on the invoice.

Courier deliveries are charged at cost.

Oversea orders charged at cost.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch all UK orders within two working days of receipt, subject to order confirmation and credit card authorisation and item availibility. International orders are normally delivered within 4-5 days if all goods are in stock, but may be subject to delays in customs. Please note that we are not resposible for any taxes or duties which may be levied in the country of destination.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Turnham Art Supplies do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.

Returns Policy
As part of our "no quibble" guarantee we will refund the value of any goods returned to us within 30 days of invoice as long as they remain in their original packing, are of merchantable quality and a receipt can be shown. Please note that we do not give refunds on paper in sheets. Faulty or damaged goods should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery to enable us to arrange a pickup or disposal and for the value of both goods and any delivery charge to be refunded.
